Have any of you CRH's found "Proof" dimes? I've found 3 or 4 Nickels, but no Dimes. What's up with that???
Sure, some of us have. Personally, I've found silver and clad proof dimes. Normally, one must search large volumes of coin. I've gone through more than $100,000 in dimes over time.

I search dimes mostly, and find a proof "s" coin about one out of 30-40 boxes. They are out there, but sadly to say that they are "NO LONGER PROOF" looking coins. I save them anyway and have about 10 dime proofs so far. I wonder what ever happened to the other proof coins that made up the minted set?

I've found a few, only because the edges looked thicker and shinier than normal ones... I have also found a few silver ones as well.

I've found a '62 proof dime, that's the only one. Probably won't ever find a clad proof because I only edge check them.

I have about 3 or 4, I got one from a vending machine in Tennessee a few years ago. I've found zero silver proofs.

Found 2 1993S clad proof dimes today in a box (also found a 1964 FDR)
Since I rim check, I assume I miss plenty.
Lately I have been checking for 2015 P&D in BU cond for my collection.

I have found two proof dimes, both 1963 Canadian, both in the same CWR. Part of a collection dump I found last month.

I've done about $250k in dimes (at least!) and have found 2 post 64 silver proofs. I've found a few clear pre 64 proofs as well (but too impaired to be valuable, arg).

I've found less than 10 non-silver proofs. You can usually tell because they have an unusually thick rim.

Unless you are face checking, you won't know how many you've missed by rim checking.
You may think you can spot them. But if some slips by....it slips by.
Not that I think CuNi proofs are worth slowing down the search.
IMO the whole point of doing dimes is to rim check and get thru a box quickly.
I have 4 silver proofs, 1957, 1963, 1992S, 2004S, they weren't hard to spot.

I found this 2001s silver dime in a box the other day. Only other proof dimes I've found crh are 3 clad over countless cwr and boxes. I did find a '61 proof dime in a teller tray
