I have 10 Boxes of half Dollars Comming in on Thursday.
What Do you think my Yeild of Silver coins will be?
Lets See who Can Be Close Or Get it Right.

Just curious - how much is a box ??

Not being familiar with this facit of the hobby, how much is a box of halves, and do you have to pay extra for the coins?

A box of halfs is 500 Dollars.
1000 Coins Per Box

1000 x 10 = 10,000

Im Getting two Boxes of John Adams dollars on Thursday to look for errors.
I found a Bank that Sold a box around here.
What do you know I found 2 of them at work in the drawer.
Ill post Pics of them on another topic.

The Bank Called me and Told me the Fed Did not Ship Any coins to them
She thought Maybe Because it was a big order....
Shes Going to Try for one next week....

I Had another Bank order me a box it came in today Im going threw it now.
I FOUND MY FIRST BEN!!!! YAY
14 40's 3 90%'s 1 63 ben!!
Still got 9 rolls to look threw.
Im going to have a bunch of banks order a cupple of them thats Makes me mad that the fed did not send them grrr
This ever happen to anyone else?

Ill Start my Box's from here on out Im on Box 1 of 10.
Ill Post pics and Detailed findings for every box.
When I get to The 7th Box Is the Cut Off For Answers.

Ahhh, this changes everything LOL

10 boxes at once from a Brinks supplier, with an immediate prior skunkola
is why I chose a lower number guess.

Single boxes from a supplier (with 18 keepers in 1st box), over many weeks, would probably
score MANY more keepers... like LOTS more Its a timing thing.

My new guess is "who the heck knows " LOL..

It Yielded 16 40%'s 3 90%'s and 1 63 Ben!!!
Im Extremely Happy!!!

You might want to check with the bank tomorrow. I know that when I order boxes if the carrier didn't have enough or didn't deliver they will bring it when they get it in stock. I am pretty sure it is not the FED that stopped the order it was probably the carrier or someone that manages the cash vault for the bank. If you do get the 10 boxes tomorrow my guess would be for those boxes and not boxes randomly brought in from various banks.

You're going to find 77 silver halves. Unless my information is wrong it will be 61 40% and 16 90%.

Keep the half though, I wouldn't want to take away from your glorious total.

Plus 5 boxes of the new John adams Dollars.I only Wanted one But took them all.
I Just Got home and Started Breaking the Halfs open.
