Another half dollar question

The bank that I use has a free coin machine for customers which is convenient but here's my problem: the machine doesn't accept half dollars.

That is mainly why I don't pick up half dollars often because they accumulate so fast and are a pain to return in volumes.

Should I just bite the bullet and use a coin star? What other recommendations do you guys suggest?

Use a coinstar only if you can get a giftcard that youll use for no fee- otherwise id just roll them
