Lamination Error?

I finished another box of nickels and was skunked but found this. Not sure if it is a lamination error or post mint damage?

Whats everyone's thoughts? Is it worth anything?

Post mint peeling. Lamination errors can be both mint and post mint. This was likely caused by damage that affected a weak point, resulting in peeling. Nice find, once a few people smarter than I confirm it.

got a Jeff a while back with a peeled area between the hair bow and date, a 63-D that sold for $13.99 on Ebay. sharp eye and great find!!!
