Found my first silver dime of 2016 while going through some rolls today. I don't CRH in volumes like some of you here so if I can manage to find at least one silver coin each month this year I will be content.

That being said it is the end of January and the first silver I find is only 50% but silver is silver right? 🙃 ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1454016454.794980.jpg

This is actually my first silver of the year as half dollars haven't produced anything for me so far. I also found my first Coinstar save yesterday which oddly enough was another Canadian dime. Too bad it wasn't silver.

Many times you can tell the silver '68 just by the patina alone.
Keep it up -

I really love finding the silver Canadians, found couple hundred so far here in Mich, oldest being 1900. Not too difficult, and it's always a thrill.

I could tell by the way it looked that it was silver but I double checked with a magnet as soon as I got home. I've found other 1968's but mostly clad. I love finding Canadian silver. I found four silver Canadian dimes since I started CRH a year and a half ago.
