Only thing I can think of is 1981 and prior canadian nickels. They're made of 99.9% nickel so Its a good bullion investment. 1968 was the last year for Canadian silver, in case you were unaware. And even then most 68's you'll find are pure nickel and not 50% silver. Using a magnet will tell the difference.

Don't know much about varieties, but I've had luck selling Canadian at about 1/2 to 2/3 face value on CL. A good way to offset finding it in your rolls too!
