Walked into a supermarket bank to do some business. When that was completed I asked if the teller had any halves. She responded gleefully, yes I have $39 worth. I said sure I'll buy them. Uh oh. I made a quick $30 dump here a couple weeks ago. She pulled them out and I immediately knew they were not my dumps. She insisted on opening the CWRs. The first roll she dumps out is solid silver. The next which looked different was all clad. The third had the same address label as the first. WOOHOO another solid roll. This time all 1964s. Then she pulls out the nine dollars in loose. All silver except one lone bicentennial.

Enjoy

I wonder what it is about this time of year? Seems this type of thing isn't so unusual. People cleaning house before winter? Getting rid of passed one's money stash without knowing what the heck it is? ...It's weird!
