Do you have more success with finding silver, war nickels, and wheaties in boxes of coins or rolled coins?
Does any one have a strategy the use from bank to bank?
I usually get boxes for nickels and pennies with small to good results. Rarely, finding silver dimes and quarters in boxes.
I read that more people find silver in dimes over quarters. Not sure why?

Quarters are easier to notice being silver, so more are held on to.

CWR (customer wrapped rolls) can be the most productive, but I order boxes.

I don't have a strategy, just order and hope for the best. Turn over is the name of the game, so if you can get 4 boxes of whatever you prefer to search a week, then you will be more productive than someone who buys two.

I buy halfs, dimes and nickles. I usually don't buy quarters because they are the least productive; they were horded more than any other coin it seems. That being said, I did find two silver quarters last weekend.

I get both, CWR's & MWR. CWR only because you just never know if by chance someone wrapped up a collection in rolls just to get fast cash from the bank. Returns are about the same.
