Picked up a few penny and nickel rolls from the grocery store yesterday. Opened them up today. The best find was a 97 year-old 1920 wheat penny, my oldest coin ever found in circulation :hello2:

Pretty worn but still a nice coin!

I didn't really find much in the nickels other than a well used 1952.

This was my fist time coin rolling. It seems to be pretty fun and I plan to continue to look through a few roles now and then when I get the chance.

Yes, it is fun to find something OLD. Just remember that it is TOO EASY to just go to a LCS and buy missing pieces, but it's the thrill of the HUNT that you remember when finding OLD COINS. One of the days a key coin will come your way.

Nice Find ! I confess to being addicted to penny boxes - at 25 bucks a box, I can usually do 5 to 8 boxes a week. I find some very early wheats , also got an 1899 Indian Head some weeks back .
