It's been a while since seeing any finds of IH cents, V-nic, Barbers 10/25/50, and Morgan/Peace. Are we that good to dry up all the vintage coins? Comments on old finds.
i posted an 1830 bust half a few months back. Can't personally get any older than that.

I got a 1912 Barber dime last week and thought of you Dozer. I'll post a pic soon. It seems if you have Tnet on your phone posting is so much easier. For me its a five step process of taking the pic, sending image to email download to computer upload to Tnet then post ... Its exhausting.

Came across a well worn 1877 dime in CWR and a 1917 S dime in a coinstar a few weeks back. A few days ago I checked the coin machine at my pickup bank and found a 1922 D cent!! Pretty worn as well

I'm sure that whoever it was that put that coin back into circulation thought it was a foreign coin. Nice find in any condition.

Oldest coin I have found was an 1820 Large Cent in the reject tube. When I come into the "dump bank", they walked out and open the machine. I used to dump btwn $2,000 - $2,500 a week at this bank. (They have since closed off the machines.)
Upon opening the machine, I could see some coins jammed up the tube. Unjamming it, there was the Large Cent.
