Nice modern silver PROOF

Still on a skunk streek with boxes. But, I was dumping a few boxes and looked over and saw this blinding silver rim in the tellers tray. After she gave me my money for the boxes I asked to buy the halves in her tray. As she
was handing them to me she picked out this one and asked if this is what I look for in the boxes. I said yes and she said it sure is pretty.

I always just buy the halves from the teller tray; I need them to replace the silver I pull!

A dumb question, but are the silver proofs at 90%, or 99% silver. That proof looks a lot whiter than other 90's.

the 1990 silver proof sets that come in the black boxes says they are 90% silver and 10% CU.
