Neither are worth more than one cent if they are circulated. If you have a box of BU 09s, they can be worth good money because of lower mintages and special designs. But all the brand new boxes and rolls of 09s are long gone; it's been almost a decade now. 17-Ps traded at $30-$35 a box at the beginning of the year (due to collector demand and the new MM), but they have gone down significantly in value since then and are pretty much worth par now (and they made several billion of them). I like your avatar and am impressed by it. It's rare to find someone up here in Liberal Country who dares to sport one of those :)
