Dontcha love finding AG and marked in the same box?? Somehow it makes me feel like I got over on the guy that's doing the marking. Truth is I marked coins when I started CRH but realized it was foolish.

It was my first 1970, and first 1964 proof.
That marked up 1971 was a proof as well. It was a good condition collectable coin, until that jack ass got ahold of it.
I really don't get the whole coin marking thing. Since I see the same marks on coins from different banks, I venture to guess the coins are not bank specific in my sparsely populated area.

I did find humor in the fact that proof silvers were found in the same box as a marked up clad proof.

The other coin, although my crappy camera does not show, sports somebody's engraved initials. That is truly a permanent marker.
