1995 Lincoln cent no “B” in LIBERTY??

Just found this coin roll hunting...
it’s a 1995 like the title says. But the “B” in LIBERTY is missing. Although in some lighting the B kinda comes in. But other wise it’s not there. There are no scratches. Here’s the pics. Really appreciate your ideas

Looks to me like a bit of a haze runs 360 degrees around the entire coin.And makes contact at the lowest part of his suit.And again just under 'in God we trust'. And just makes slight contact with the # 5.Kinda like a buffing machine of some kind did it.
