Struck thru? And double die or machine doubling?

The “Struck thru” had no effect on the back of the coin. It’s normal on the back

Not sure but, 1960 large date over small date AND a lamination error, is my best guess.

Plus it's md. Correct term is doubled, not double die.

Poor metal roll, maybe a metals expert can pipe in on this cracking. Are the cracks all the way through or just one side?

Environmental damage. Possibly chemical. That coin didn't look like that when it was struck.
