I just got my first box in 7+ years. I hope I have the luck that you had with yours. Nice finds.

Nice score, CnC! Miss your old posts - you always did very well with halves.

Thanks guys. I have to try to find some "dump by bag" options even if there's a few days float between deposit and available cash because I miss this too much.

CardsnCoins, very nice boxes. How hard is it to find the dump by bag option and what part of the country are you from - I was in Northern Virginia before coming over to Germany for work and none of the banks I CRHed had the bag option. I joined a small credit union because they had a coin counting machine and didn’t mind me bringing in my boxes. Used to use TD bank for dumping until they took out their coin counting machines. Good luck with your hunts. Walt PS looked at some of your earlier posts - wow - you definitely had some great rolls. My best is 22 in one box and they all were 40%, I truly think it is mostly about where you live.

The boxes you have gotten always have amazed me. That is more silver than I found from boxes for all of last year. Very nice C&C, glad to see you’re back at it, have always enjoyed reading your posts

I too just started again ! after about a year off - spotted a Kennedy silver ender and I knew it was
a 90%- since the reverse was showing a D mintmark (after 1964 the mintmark was placed on the obverse) also.copped a 40% - not dream results but I'll take it !

Thread is a year old...

Better late than never! Plus it doesn't hurt to resurrect the sweet reminder of the good old days...back when people used to pull silver out of halves boxes.
