Cent Error - Need Help Identifying

Got $5 in pennies at bank today. Aside from 4 common wheats, got this 1982 obverse error cent. Does anyone out there know what type of error it is? Coin is in AU/BU condition, so I think it is a mint error. Thanks in advance.

Also got $65 in dimes and got skunked.
