Just finished up another bag of dimes (1 1964) and 4 bags of nickels. Got a 45D and my 47th buffalo:

Also pulled a beat up 1942, almost looks like it has a letter, but think I'm seeing what i wanna see...

Easy enough to tell if it’s a war nickel or not. Weigh it, or just bounce it off a hard surface. If it’s a war nickel, the ringing sound from the 35% silver will be unmistakable.

Bounce it for the silver sound. It looks pre war to me.
