2012 S mint circulated strike

been getting rolls to look for W's. In a roll of 2020's I came across this "S" mint from 2012. It is not a proof but a mint state (45-55) I never knew they made circulation strikes (for collectors) so NOW I have gotten some quarter albums to go along with my 1,5,10, and 50 cent albums. this single coin is enough to start another quest...

I got a 2012S last week and thought "this doesn't look proof."

That was my first thought! so I went to the Red Book and they made circulation strikes, only available through the mint, starting in 2012
