The distributor (Loomis?, Dunbar?, etc.) appears to be using last in, first out (LIFO) inventory management. Either that or the cupboard is bare.

We've all got FULL NEW BOXES of cents, dimes, qtrs,. but has anyone ever got a new box of halves ( considering that they would be classified as NIFC's.) Would they be worth more as solid rolls, or???
