I haven't posted in a very very long time. I have had nothing interesting to post about. I've had better luck in the reject trays of coinstar machines. Finding the forgotten stray silver dime. But i have been lurking trying to live vicariously through others... It looks like success is more a tease at this point. I just found an 1853 half that I should be thrilled with. Can anybody guess the reason I had to take a seat? LOL it hurts a lot

Assuming that you keep your finds rather than sell them, a hole IMO is part of its story. It would not diminish my enjoyment of the coin or the memory of its discovery.

Nice one. I’ve found just about everything there is to find CRH’ing except a seated. Well done. Also agree that the hole takes nothing away from the find IMO.
