I got them in Illinois. We usually get the D's here but for some reason when I got the Adams ones last year they were P's.

in circulation? because that is very unlikly, but to my credit a couple of years ago i found 2 (79 and 81) i think

For the record, my first 2008 coin found 'in the wild' was a 2008-D penny in change at the airport on 4/26/08. My first 2008-P for the year was on the floor of the ethnic food mart on 5/13/08.

Keep your eyes open for those John Quincy Adams dollars!

I can't believe no one has found a 2008-P nickel or dime. I've been getting both of them in change for at least a month at the local Wegman's. I didn't respond here because I assumed that they were already found.
