Thanks for that link. When I found them I thought oh someone has damaged the coin but then when I looked it up I knew it was the V 2. So I started looking harder at the rest of them. It has taken me longer to go through these dollars than anything else. I sorted, cleaned they were so dirty. Just gave them a quick shampoo in the kitchen sink. My husband thinks I have LOST MY MIND. LOL Dawn really takes the greese out.

Thanks
Cat

thank you cat for starting this thread, i decided to double check my ikes'

I found 2 double die obv. while checking for the type

i had only 1 72D, and type 1 if that applies to D's, but it's a double die

and i also found another double die 74D

any idea about the values?, they are in circulated conditions, but in good conditon.

good site Gman

I can't find anything in my books about a dd 74 but found the peg leg 72's so I looked through two of my rolls of 72 and found three that look like peg legs.

Do you have a picture?

Thanks

Look at the R in Liberty and some of them the bottom has been cut off so it does not flare out like it is suppose to it is cut short and straight. Peg Leg R

Do you have a scanner just scan it in and send it.

Thanks

Don't you think Ike looks like beaves on Beaves and Butthead? I really thought that when someone posted what their kids did with his Ike's... pained him all up.

LOL
