first time...bought 200 worth of half dollars..found a 1964 but this other one?

Yep..found a 1964 and a weird coin, it has a sharply stamped dollar sign on the upper middle part of jfks head, small and sharply incised. On the other side a small sharply incise rounded
rectangle on the tail feathers at the bottom....probably some one stamped it? rather small marks...
