Many tellers describe all the "Big Dollar" coins as silver dollars?

Re: Curious.....
In my opinion they are still worth the pick-up. Although most dealers will not give you more than face value. Even if you read on the web alot of sources say they are only worth 1 dollar. I have found that to be not entirely true. On ebay they sell pretty well in lots of 25 or more. You can get anywhere from 35 to 55 dollars for a lot of 25 Ike dollars. You tack on 6 dollars for shipping and handling and you have done pretty well. I just sold a lot of 35 Ikes to someone that was looking to complete a set for $70. I was pretty happy with that. It is up to you but as long as you can make a few buck profit it is worth it to me.
