Nice start to June for me. Got a solid Silver roll of Dimes today including 3 Merc's in a single roll along with a 1/2 dozen others in misc. rolls out of $400 in hand rolls today.

My half dollar boxes aren't doing so well but I'm still hitting them hard. 3 to 4 boxes 4 days a week. I pulled less than 30 keepers in the last 2 weeks.

I've been getting results from the tellers also, and leaving my number. It paid off pretty good last week. She passed my number to another customer who tried to cash in silver dollars. The lady who tried to cash in the coins called me and we met later at McDonald's. I paid a premium but I'm happy. Wouldn't get a better deal outside of paying face. She was happy too.

How should I reward the Teller?

Still finding lots of Marked Halves. Finally got one of those Red Neck ones.

Enjoy the photo's

Additional photo of the 4 Merc's. 3 were in the dream roll and 1 came from another roll in the hand roll batch from the same bank.

I should also mention that 8 of the rolls had 5 Canadian dimes hidden 1 deep. As in the 1st dime was US the next 5 were Canadian. this was obviously intentional. Oh well that's the price of doing business. Just thought it was funny.

Thanks for looking.

Great deal on the dimes. I too met someone at McDonalds to buy coins (first met him at the coin counter). I paid 8x face for his silver, what did you pay? Cookies or gift cards to Starbucks are the tips I give out.

Yea the 4 in the picture are Silver and were in the dream roll, but the ones I mentioned in the 2nd post were not. I get a lot of Canadian coins here in the Detroit area as Windsor is just across the Detroit river and they have Casino's that Michiganders frequent.

I paid 9x face but I probably paid too much. I was planning on offering 8x but she had another $50 in Ike's Susan B's and JFK's which I paid her face for, and got 1 40% and a near date 79 S.B. the rest I dumped. She hung on to my # and will let me know if anyone else has some coins they wanted to unload.
I talked to that teller today and will drop off a dozen of Glazed Donut's tommorrow

I got about a dozen of them Red Necks in 1 box and the black dot's seem to be a disease around here. I've seen the PW quite a bit as well.

Super roll of dimes, congratulations! As for the halves marked "PW" I did that about 1 1/2 ago when I first started coin roll hunting to see if I would get my own back but I never did. I didn't mark that many of them either and it seems like they traveled from Ohio to Michigan. I don't mark havles any more.

PW

I've seen maybe 20-40 (more or less I really don't track them but recognize it) of them in the 2,250,000 halves that I've searched over the course of the last three years.

I have searched as far south as Toledo Ohio. and have been through flat rock an milford a few times just this side of the Ohio border. But I found this one in a Brinks Box.

She and her co workers received a dozen of Glazed donut's this morning. Shocked to find out a dozen of donuts cost $7.45 that just added 50 cents a piece to my premium. LOL.
