Didn't have much time today, visited 2 local banks after work. 5 rolls at 1, 1 roll at another, 4:45 pm.
120 halves, all clad, but this one stuck out like a sore thumb. Matter of fact it almost blinded me! Swore it was a '90% by the edge. Turns out it's a 1970 D.
Looks fresh out of a collection, reeds so sharp they could cut you. Almost no trace of clad sandwich, it's that bright.
These days for me, it's not quantity, it's quality.

Thats a great coin!
It just amazes me how people will break a coin out of a collection to fill up a coin roll.

That one coin is worth two ten dollar rolls of halves !

You can actually get the whole 10 coin mint set for under $20 (see below link). The '70 half is rare and great to find though (I have found 2 so far in great shape), but unfortunately they are not worth that much.
