My collection, coins and bills!

I've had most of this stuff handed down to me throughout the years..note none of this was dug, and it's only a fraction of what i have. there are tons more bills and some more coins. I have many foriegn and coppers that i don't feel like taking pictures of. the million dollar note in the last pic is a fake..in case you couldn't guess :P

yes, the million dollar note is fake and the nickel is called a hobo nickel. i don't know how to find out who did it, but here's some reading on them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hobo_nickel

I believe that is what is called "Hobo" money. While riding the rails, they would rework coins to sell for food along the way. I think that's what I read somewhere. I do know that there is a whole branch of collectors that look for that type of coin.

Many of those bills are worth quite a lot of money, so make sure to be careful with them. Don't fold any of them!

That 1882 Morgan looks like it has some nice toning started on it.
