1892 Double stamped barber dime, value & info?

Posted this find from yesterday on Today's Finds and they sent me here to see if any of you coin gurus can fill me in on if there is any significant value to this coin. Here is the pics, thanks for looking.

Seems odd that just the date (and bottom of the neck) appear to be overstruck. Also, the degree of overstrike between the date and neck don't seem to match- much more overstrike for the date than the neck. Seems like it should be more uniform.
