OK i need some help. let me start by say i have a friend that runs a store and he knows i kinda collect coins so he saves me all the silver pre 64 stuff and gives it to me at face value he also does the same with dollars and halves sweet right i know. so to my problem i don't have a picture but can get one in a few days. he just got me an 1987s Kennedy half deep cameo but on the front around the head theres allot of black spots and also on reverse around the eagle they are raised spots you can feel each little one i have never seen this be for and didn't know what to think or how to fix this problem any help will be greatfull as for picture that will take a few days thank you'll for your help happy and safe hunting

You can't do anything with it, that is probalby why they spent it. You may be able to polish off the marks but the so called raised marks not much you can do.
