It is so slightly off center I doubt if it would cause much of a stir in the error community - Obviously, the bigger the offset, the better it is, especially if the date is preserved.
I see ones like that on occasion and set them aside, they usually end up migrating right back in the change jar.

Not actually an off center, really just a mis-aligned die strike. If it were a true off center the reverse would show the same effect. Pretty common, no extra value.
