Of the three mints (Philly, Denver, San Fran), San Francisco had the lowest mintage of about 191 million. They aren't rare by any means. Because they are zinc coated steel plantchets, they are susceptible to corrosion (as depicted by yours). Something worth holding onto, but it will probably only fetch $.10 at most.

I have a few where the 4 was so lightly struck its hard to see, maybe a die error

ou know those big things of pretezals you buy at sams club, i know a guy that has 17 of those filled to the brim of steel pennies, i asked him why he siad he just wanted to collect them

Exactly! These can be bought at any coin store in mint state for just a few bucks.
