Coin ID help needed

I dug this one up at a 18th century site , maybe a Prussian silver { see Prussian Crest eagle } , approximately 2 CM , Eagle type wings , shield with lion , reverse is extremely worn . Eighth inch or 3-4 mm thick . Any help to ID this coin is extremely appreciated . Thanks, CMD

The 'coin' also has the number "8" counterstamped on the 'face' side (in the dark square).

Looks to me like a 3 pence coin from england. I would guess pre 1870
