Uncirculated and with great details of the ribbon in Liberty's hair obverse. MS60 at least, maybe as much as MS62, but the battering around the face of Liberty plus several longer scratches suggest MS60-61 to me.

Value. Changes too fast for me to give. Check with PCGS.

Being that you scanned the coin, it tends to show every slight imperfection. In some cases, the coin will look better in hand than the scanned images. I would peg it a safe ms62 - perhaps push a ms63. Too much rub on the cheek and the fields aren't clear to go any higher. An 85 should be able to sell for $40-45 in this grade.
