Coin value newpaper?

I sold some proofs that I found will CRHing and the guys in the local shop used what appeared to be a newsprint flyer to determine their value. Any idea what that publication is? If so, can just anyone get a subscription? I guess I could ask them but I thought it was better to just ask here and continue to look like the noob to them.

Most likely, the costs for the subscription won't be worth it.
