    Whitman folder question

Anyone own the modern Canadian quarter folders? I want to get some on eBay but want to be certain the coins stay in firmly. In the past I've had trouble with US quarters falling out and I want to make sure the Canadian books don't have the same problem. In case anyone suggests them, I'm not into Dansco albums, at least for a set as inexpensive at Canadian quarters (1968-present).

    Re: Whitman folder question

The only trouble I've ever had with Whitman albums is half dollars and quarters that were well worn and probably smaller diameter than the openings not staying put.
If I can't find a particular album, say Canadian Quarters, I'll use a Washington quarter book and put small labels over the dates in the book. I think they even make blank books for each coin type.
I have book #9069 (old number) that translates to #2483 and it works well.

    Re: Whitman folder question

Thanks so much for the links Scott. That's just what I was looking for, and cheaper to boot.

I use US blank books for Canadian cents, nickels and dimes but quarters don't stay in. I also want the Canadian books to see which varieties they include.

The older half dollar books gave me trouble too. The newer ones are much better.
