Looks more like a token than coin. I'm guessing it may have something to do with AA, since the central motif looks like a bottle with a line through it.

Then again, never seen anything like it before, so I'm not the best source to quote.

The coin/token is 18 mm (0,7 inches) in diameter. Weight: 3 grams (0,1 oz).
I found it in a lot of East German pins. The wreath is similar to the one on the East German coat of arms, but that doesn´t have to mean anything!
