Common date Walking Liberty Half Dollar. 90% Silver /10% Copper. Worth about 12-15 dollars depending on who you talk to.

The previous poster nailed it. Common date circulated walkers are worth their "melt" value, today. Perhaps, if silver retreats to a $10/ounce, then the common 90% silver coinage might carry a numismatic premium over the silver content, but not in today's market.
