It's not full torch bands, but it looks uncirculated, and the mint mark looks large.

I think it might have been cleaned. The wear on the details doesn't seem to match with the luster? I could be wrong. Can you get a pic that's more head on and closer of the mint mark?

not cleaned , no wear anywhere on it , very hard to get a good pic due light reflection,, has extremly sharp details , pics give it no justice

The bands must be fully "split", and I can't see that for the middle band which is the area of concern.

Better, but still not good enough, however I can see line in the middle band now. Are you using a smart phone for the images? You might try a scan, if you have one.

smart phone????? i use a old skool brickfor a cell , i was useing a web cam my good cam is broken
