Most coin collectors would consider them damaged goods and would not be interested. I am sure there would be a market for them somewhere though, could put them on ebay and see what happens.

A third-party modification ruins any numismatic value. That being said, someone, somewhere would appreciate them. Ebay will be the most likely venue to find a buyer. Start the bidding by factoring the minimum face value and fees at that level. Any additional amount should be considered gravy. If it turns out to be a loss over the initial investment, then consider it a lesson learned. If you can't even cover the costs of fees and face value, then you might as well dump them at the bank.

Intresting to a Kindergarten or first Grade class,
As The "Pretty Colors :tongue3: " may
intrest the Children.

I Should add On Statehood Quarters, I Have a folder
of all the Un-Colorized Quarters & they are
worth 25 Cents Each too. Way too many out there.
it will take 100 years or more for them to start Thining out,
or the Metal to Outpass 25 Cents :tongue3:
