that is such a loaded question, and would be impossible to answer without a picture, a great picture at that... I can tell you this though... I just happen to buy that exact coin from an online auction a little while ago, I think I over-paid, but it is slabbed, and it is graded MS 66.... I paid like $60 bucks for it or close to that if I remember right. I think your best bet would be to take it to a coin dealer and have him/her look it over, maybe call the ones in your area first and ask if any of them know anything about that particular coin...
