What type of error is this?

I found this today when going through some wheats, never seen anything like it before. Does anyone have any clue and maybe a value of such an error?

Wow! I don't know what you would call that.

I'm no expert but how is this even possible, there is no doubling on the coin its only the 1 that is out of wack. My eyes ain't all that great but this thing caught my attention quick :icon_scratch: Are the dates put on after the main part of the coins are struck?, maybe the die twisted when striking this coin:dontknow:

The coin simply took a hit on the 1, pushing it over. Sorry, but not an error.
