What type of error is this?

I found this today when going through some wheats, never seen anything like it before. Does anyone have any clue and maybe a value of such an error?

I'm no expert but how is this even possible, there is no doubling on the coin its only the 1 that is out of wack. My eyes ain't all that great but this thing caught my attention quick Are the dates put on after the main part of the coins are struck?, maybe the die twisted when striking this coin

The coin simply took a hit on the 1, pushing it over. Sorry, but not an error.
