I really do not see any doubling. Maybe a small amount on the zero but I don't feel as if this is an error. Keep in mind also though this is just my opinion.

The OP is referring to the 6. It looks weird, but on second thought, it is more likely an overdate of large over small than doubling.

It is neither. Master die doubling in my opinion.
