If your buying to have them, Yes, Probably an OK Deal

But if you plan to sell them in the next 300 years you'll probably only make a quarter of
your money back if your lucky :laughing7:

odds are they are clad coins worth face value

Look at the seller, HSN stuff is going to be far more expensive than what you can get at your local coin (or bullion) dealer. Today, there's so little demand for proof sets that I've seen dealers offer less than face value on bulk lots of proof sets!

If you want the proof sets and you can't find them cheaper locally it might not be a bad deal, but just remember the seller.

You can definitely get a better deal from real coin dealers, these sets are very common and can be found by the truckload at any coin show.
