Looks like PMD to me..but I'm no expert on errors. Still quite interesting!!! I'm sure someone will give some better feedback.

Looks like it was hit with a punch on the reverse. Condition of the coin makes me think absolutely PMS.

Somebody was just messing with that one, no way that could have happened at the mint.

I agree with the lot about it looking PMD, but I know nothing about errors, so don't listen to me..
