Yes, it should be deep cameo if the photos are how it looks in hand. Certainly a much better strike than most 1966 SMS coins.

Don't send it in. Take it to a coin show and get maybe half a dozen opinions on grade. Then consider submitting it at their booth based on the results.

Additionally, if you are considering doing it for resale, you would never come out ahead in this endeavor.
