I just received this coin / round from a friend of the family. It is from Mexico, and has the date of 1960 on it. She said that she received it from a coin exchange one of the last times she was in Mexico. That is all that I know of it.

The obverse says "GENERAL FRANCISCO VILLA" and the reverse says "DIVISION * DEL NORTE * 1960 *". I can feel that it is a high grade of silver, not sure if it is 92.5% or higher.

I checked eBay and didn't find any coin like this, so does anyone have any info? I am curious about mintage, mint, all the good info please.

It isn't a coin; don't even know if it's silver.
Three are currently listed on Ebay. Two of the three are of the exact same item, but at different asking prices.
No bids on any to date--perhaps for what might be an obvious reason.

Thanks, apparently it's a medal. When i was searching I had searched it as a coin. Might be some type of commemorative war medal. I'll have to do some more research. Apparently one had sold for $27.
