Georgia State Coin Error?

I was searching through some coins and noticed that one Georgia state quarter has a smaller centerline inside the peach. Do you think this is a late die press, error, worn down or something completely different? Also is it worth anything or just another $0.25?

Left one is normal, right is the one in question.

Looks to be a weak strike (possibly caused by a grease filled die) mixed with damage.

Not a whole lot of a premium really, but if you think its cool it only costs you 25 cents to keep it!

I agree with Generic Lad . A lite strike plus over 10 years of circulation . IMO
