Both my dad and I are stumped by this coin. It is silver. What is odd is that in the second photo you can clearly see the word COIN at the bottom of it. I will be very grateful to anybody who can ID it for me. Thanks....Crispin
Ps. The eagle is another thing I can't identify, if anybody wants to give that a shot it is also silver.

You could try to clean the coins up a little (remove corrosion/tarnish) to reveal more details engraved in the silver.
I clean my medieval silver coins using bi-carb soda.

I once bought some coins from someone for a very funny price, and when i cleaned the coins using these methods, they revealed more than i expected.
