Can't easily grade when encapsulated.
What is the letter initial (mint mark) before the "1" in the first date on obverse?
Knowing that will help evaluate the coin if that be another objective.

The letter is an "A"

I would grade it at XF, but it is hard to grade through the capsule.

I carry a few coins in my wallet, Denari, a couple of gold dollars, a Morgan, conversation pieces and you never know when you might need them, I've got the same one too, a 1939, picked up in Europe last year. Value? $10-15 online, there's supposed to be a key date 1937 but I'm not sure.
